Orders require 2-4 weeks for completion. During peak seasons (Christmas delivery and Back-to-school) allow at least 4 weeks for delivery.

One! There is no required minimum order, though there are some orders that are eligible for bulk discounts if you'd like to place a larger order.
To start a new account or place a one time order you can bring in the product(s) you'd like embroidered/screened or you can shop from our Blank Products. Let us know the product, type of design, quantity, and preferred delivery date and we'll get you a quote for the merchandise. Because all items are custom made, there are are no returns or exchanges on orders. We encourage customers to try on blank products before purchasing if they are unsure about which size to order. Sizing guides are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed by ID Threadz.If an item is defective in some way please alert ID Threadz immediately. Items verified as defective will be replaced.
